Let’s have a pawsitivley good time!
Pet care experience
I’m an all-types-of-animal lover, and if you need someone to care for and follow your detailed instructions for your furry, feathered, or scaly pet, I will do everything I can to make sure they are cared for so you can take your trip without worrying. I have two dogs and four cats of my own, and have owned various reptiles and other mammals as well. I have worked in vet offices as well as daycare and boarding facilities, and I like to train dogs as a hobby. I believe that it’s especially important to be fear free, and to try to keep their routines as similar as possible when you’re away. I can give medications and specialized diets if you need, so don’t hesitate to ask if you need something specific. I also send lots of specialized pictures just so you can feel like your furry friend is with you the whole time. *I don’t typically accept same-day last minute requests unless they’re for late evening, please give me one days notice to respond to booking requests :) * If you want to see some of my past and present clients, follow me on ig @walkiesandwaggies.

You will never be disappointed — Charity is the best!
Charity is always so great and I trust her so much to take care of my sweet pup!
I hope Charity is always available because she is the best. She watched our pups during our wedding weekend and we came home to not only happy pups but flowers champagne and cute photos of our loveys. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Charity is an above and beyond dog sitter! With our three dogs, two of which are Danes (and one of which is a rescue), she quickly became bffs with our furry trio. Not only did she care for them incredibly well, but she kept them on schedule and in rhythm, never missing a beat. The updates were regular and I loved seeing photos daily of our pups. She asked questions when needed, but Charity’s experience and love of pets was clear to us and our dogs. Upon coming home, we had an extra clean house (!) and she even printed some of her fave photos of our dogs for us (!!). It was THE BEST way to come home, and we can’t wait to have Charity back at our place again.

Because I exclusively watch dogs in your home, I make sure to leave it the same, if not better, than I left it. I try to keep dogs on the same routine that you keep them on, even up to movie nights and playtimes for overnight stays.
Information Charity P. would like to know about your pet
Allergies and medications are a must, but favorite foods and toys are important too! Any house rules, and a list of commands they know and ones that you want them to know (if you'd like help with training). I can give medications and help potty train if needed. I also like to know if there is anything your pet is scared of or dislikes to try to keep them as calm and comfortable as possible.
A typical day
Walks around neighborhoods or in parks, playing fetch or learning new tricks, tug, or nose games! I love teaching dogs new tricks or showing them new games to stimulate their minds so they are more tired and less destructive.

Availability
During the summer months all I do is Rover so I have plenty of time for full-time caregiving! I focus mostly on vacations but can also do daily walks.
