My flexibility allows me to be attentive to the needs of your companion. That being said, the safety of your animal will be put above all else while maintaining a playful atmosphere. I’ve been a pet sitter and walker for over 7 years and have 3 cats of my own - when I’m not loving on them I’m filling my time with rescue work. I’m extremely comfortable around cats and dogs and can confidently say I have even the grumpiest of them eating out of my hand. I understand that some pets need extra care and attentiveness (elderly, sick, anxious), which I’m all too happy to give. Past clients have had dogs with extreme separation anxiety and that meant I was with them all day, supporting them and their owners through the separation. I know I’m doing my job right if your pet is so happy and cared for they don’t even notice you’re gone! Some clients have had pets come down with unexpected illnesses and it was on me to monitor them closely and provide what they needed to feel better. Every pet I take care of is treated as if they were my own - I always strive to make owners feel comfortable while they’re away. Booking me as a sitter means coming back from vacation knowing you can relax. I keep on top of trash and cleaning, and always make sure the apartment looks as if I was never there (this is reflected in my rates).
