My name is Charis and I am a recent college graduate. I enjoy being outdoors, sewing, and reading. I grew up in Waco and have enjoyed it very much. Cameron park is one of my favorite places to go hang out and check out the trails. I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and I truly enjoy being around them. We always had at least one dog in the house, and my parents let us be involved caring for them. I always take them on walks, give them baths and haircuts when needed. I have experience giving dogs medicine and caring for them through the night. I also volunteered at Fuzzy Friends for a couple of years taking dogs for walks, playing with them, and making sure their cage was clean. I love the sense of joy animals can bring each and every day.
