Pet care experience
I grew up on a sort of farm, so i have been taking care of animals most of my life! Growing up, we always had a family dog and multiple cats. My sister has a dog that we have boarded at our place many times. I have experience walking dogs and dog sitting for a few days at a time. Message me so we can figure something out!

Chantell has watched our dog, Bean, multiple times while we have been out on vacation. Every time we take Bean to her, Bean gets so excited. She loves chantell so much. And Chantell loves our Bean like she would love her own pet. Would highly recommend Chantell. She’s the best!

I love going to the dog park and playing fetch! I always want to make sure that the dog trusts me first before we do any playing or other activities, that is very important to me. And I am very good at listening to dogs when they give me signs that they don't want to play, or they want to be left alone. It is important to talk to the owner to know what they are comfortable with when it comes to their dog. Communication is key! And I always make sure to respect and listen to the owners wishes!

I think its important to know the dogs personality, how the dog gets along with other animals, the age of the dog, some allergies it might have, and what the dog likes to do.
A typical day
I love walking dogs and taking them to parks! I like giving them the chance to have an open field to walk around and play on the grass. I also love walking around neighborhoods!

I have a full time job at a counseling center. I work until 6 ish Mondays through Thursdays, but I can be very flexible if need be!
