Zero stars!!! She is the worst. On arrival she left the gate open and my dog got out. Then her landlord found out she had a dog there and was texting me when I was on the plane that he needed to be picked up. When I landed for my trip I was flooded with messages saying he needed to be picked up or she was taking him to the pound! I contacted her and Rover immediately and Rover told me that they informed her not to take my dog to the pound even if she was in trouble for having a dog when she isn't supposed to! I was furious and scared for my dog and unable to get back to NY during Christmas to save my dog from her. Rover transported my dog to a new sitter and when he arrived he didn't have his food bowl, missing toys and has a large gash behind his right ear!!! I am having to take him to the vet to be stitched! She is abusive and Rover is looking into this and doing a safety check on Chantal to remove her from working for Rover. Whatever you do DO NOT LET HER WATCH YOUR PET!!! I don't care what this "sitter" will say in response do your homework and call Rover and ask about her and they will tell you the truth. She has been put on alert and they are investigating this situation. I wish this review would let me post a picture of my dogs wounds. Its disgusting and I am pressing charges. Chantal you should be ashamed of yourself! You are going to be charged for animal abuse and I am getting money back for the less than 48 hours you had him in your house of horror! You disgust me.
