Pet care experience
I've had a lifelong passion for animals; from dogs and cats to rabbits and hamsters, caring for furry friends has always been second nature to me. My pet care journey has given me experience in house-sitting, pet-sitting, and regular dog walks, primarily through recommendations from neighbors, friends, and family. My experience isn't limited to specific breeds or ages - I've nurtured both senior dogs and playful puppies! Growing up, I had the pleasure of co-raising our spirited Golden Retriever Husky mix (his name is Skye :). And through the years, I've taken on the rewarding responsibility of training him, witnessing his growth and development firsthand. As I've moved away from my family home, I miss Skye dearly and wish he could be with me from day to day. As such, I'm eager to extend my love and care to your precious fur babies! Chanelle was fantastic to work with. She made an instant connection with our pup at the meet in greet that made us feel great he was in good hands. All throughout our trip she would send pictures and status updates so we knew he was doing well. Our dog is reactive but her experience living with bigger dogs made us feel at ease that she could handle him in a pinch however it never came to that because she took the time to learn his ticks and how to keep him out of tricky situations. Great to work with, respectful of our space, flexible to our needs. 10/10 would recommend you reach out to see if she’s right for your pup too.

When it comes to fun activities with pets, the possibilities are endless and often depend on the specific interests and preferences of both the pet and the owner. But some of my favorite activities include outdoor adventures, like walking in the park, hiking, or strolling on the beach!

While I am currently working in a UCSF research lab, my schedule offers a considerable degree of flexibility. I have the freedom to choose my hours, allowing me the opportunity to prioritize caring for your beloved pets. Whether it's enjoying the outdoors or spending quality time with furry companions, I cherish these moments during my spare time! Typically, mornings and evenings throughout the week, as well as weekends, align best with my availability. However, I remain adaptable and open to accommodating your needs whenever possible. Your fur babies deserve the utmost love and attention, and I'm eager to provide just that!
