Absolutely wonderful experience. It was our first time using Kennel service. Chanell took great care of my big puppy. He came back better trained than going in. I was out the state and country for over a month and it was obvious that Courage enjoyed his stay. Love and patience was needed and received. I got back a happy and calm puppy, no sign of being stress or unhappy. Rover, you have a winner with Chanell. I will be a return customer. We were in a bind without a sitter and weren’t able to meet Chanel before dropping off our dog Bo, but once we met her we immediately knew he would be in great hands. Chanel and her family took great care of our boy. We were at ease knowing he was given lots of walks and attention. She was super responsive and very flexible when we had to push back out our pick up time after a very stressful travel day.
