Pet care experience
I absolutely adore dogs. I’ve taken care of them since I got my first one as a child and I’ve had the privilege of loving and caring for a dog in my life ever since. I’ve adopted and cared for a few dogs requiring extra care, rehabilitation and separation anxiety. I’ve been trusted to dog sit for many lovely owners over the years. I am blessed to have years of experience and knowledge on how to interact with animals as well as a lot of love to give so your pet won’t be short of attention and care in your absence! I love going for walks and staying active so I can ensure they get the exercise they need. As for senior dogs, I am happy to go at their pace. When your furry family member is in my care, you can trust that they will receive the highest level of attention, care, and protection.

Chanel has just sat for our boxer boy Georgie & he had the best day with her! She has a lovely warm, friendly nature & an obvious love for dogs so we felt at ease to leave him in capable, loving hands. I ensure dogs have fresh food and water as required, schedule times for walks, oversee the safety of the dogs and anyone around them, pick up and dispose of dog waste, administer medication and bathe them if needed! I make sure they receive the love and attention they require based on their unique personality, including playtime, affection or crate time. I am happy to provide owners with regular updates. (I’m also a photographer, so expect a lot of photos, hehe!) I currently cannot have pets in my home but I am available for walks, drop-in visits and overnight stays!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors I need to be aware of. (Ex. Do they get along with other dogs? How are they around strangers? Do they have any allergies? Do they pull on their lead?) as well as any details regarding how to best cater to their personality to give them to best experience possible! (Ex. Do they prefer long or short walks? Do they like to run around or swim? Do they love playing fetch? What are their favorite snacks?) I would also love to know what breed your dog is! :)
A typical day
I would plan our time together based around your pet’s needs. Whether that be going to a dog park to run around and play fetch with their favorite toy, or walking around areas where they can get a lot of of sniffing in! And of course, all of the love, affection and cuddles they may need! <3

I am happily flexible with my schedule to fit yours and your pets needs, whether it’s weekdays or weekends! I am currently only accepting overnight stays no longer than a week at this time.
