I have been a dog-lover my entire life! This past year I have had the amazing opportunity to be a “Doggie Daycamp Counselor” while we lived back in Iowa for a bit. I got to spend every single day with anywhere from 10-15 dogs at a time and it was the best thing ever. Though it was amazing, it also came with a tonnnn of education and experience on how to read and react to dog body language to learn when two dogs get along or don’t, to break up fights before they happen, read any type of different aggressions, play styles, and so much more. With all of this experience, I feel 100% confident in watching your dog along with mine. We have an almost 5 year old pittie named Bennett who we absolutely adore and treat like our own child. If your dog gets along with him, we would be so excited to host your dog in our home and give our boy a playmate or someone just to lounge with ❤️ we do have a cat as well so your dog would have to get along with cats as we will not put her away. She will usually hide until she feels comfortable but we’d feel most comfortable knowing that your dog at least tolerates cats. We live in a big house with a pool and fenced yard with the sweetest dog who loves to meet new friends! They can run around together, take naps on the couch, go on walks, and much more! We go for walks every night (once it cools down), play fetch, and your dog can enjoy our pool if they’d like!
