Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of caring for dogs of various sizes, ages, and breeds. Pet-sitting, for me, is a gift, and my simple goal is to provide a clean, safe environment for all pets. With guaranteed human supervision, outdoor playtime in our fenced yard is both secure and enjoyable. We engage with your pets to encourage bonding and socialization, always respecting their pace. Indoors, your pets will find comfort with air conditioning in the summer or a heater for warmth in the cool winter. Currently, I balance part-time work as an occasional nanny with my role as a licensed pet-sitter. While I may not always be at home, my living space is shared with two close friends, Jake and Andrew. Jake, a licensed pet-sitter also on Rover, adores puppies and is available full-time. Together, we three form a compassionate team dedicated to providing your pets with consistent love and attention. We strive to meet their physical and emotional needs with gentle dedication. About My Pet Journey: In my childhood, our family welcomed a colorful array of furry companions—Lucy the Chow Chow, Wilbert and Winne, the English Bull Terriers, and Lost, the Golden Retriever. As I entered adulthood, my sister and I shared the joy of raising Charles the Chihuahua and Luffy the Mixed Terrier. Each pet brought unique lessons, helping me gain my skills in caring for animals with diverse backgrounds. Although time has gracefully carried some of these beloved dogs into the embrace of old age, two continue to share their lives with my sister in Vegas. Why Rover? Missed laughter and love with my pets led me to Rover. Former Certified Nurse Assistant and currently a full-time Licensed Child Care Director, I cherish kids as much as dogs and cats. Embracing Johnny Depp's wisdom that "the only creatures evolved enough to convey pure love are dogs and infants", I've been dog sitting for families I've worked with for many years. From aiding dogs in muscle recovery to managing medications and fulfilling unique requests, my experience is diverse. Being on Rover allows me to fill my free time with the company of these loving furry friends. Pet-sitting feels like the perfect fit, bringing joy to both me and the pets I care for! Update: As of January 25, 2023, I've added a new member to my furry family – Tabitha! Despite having my own dog now, rest assured that all my clients' dogs continue to receive the same full attention, and even more, during their stay. Not only will they enjoy human companionship, but they'll also have the company of Tabitha, creating extra opportunities for bonding and shared daily activities!
