Hi, my name is Chamber, and I’ve been a Charlotte native my entire life but now I live in the amazing area of Cary. I am currently am enrolled in online classes at NCSU and in my free time I want to do what I love .. working with animals! I do volunteer work with the Humane Society in my free time, and week days I am a veterinary technician at an animal hospital in Raleigh. I also own several animals myself including a ball python, 2 guinea pigs, 2 cats, and a beautiful english bulldog. I would love to care for your animals to the best of my ability by doing whatever required and above your standards, and if I am lucky, maybe even make some human friends along the way. :)

I needed a dog walker on short notice because of last minute plans. My usually dog walker was unavailable and I was worried I'd have to cancel for my evening date. Chamber answered my post in a matter of minutes, showed up for a meet and great and put both my dog and I at ease right away. Chamber is absolutely awesome! She's everything you'd want in a dog walker - professional, responsive, kind and responsible. Thanks for saving the day, Chamber. I'll definitely call on you again soon!
Chamber was a great house and pet sitter. She did a wonderful job of meeting them and making them feel comfortable. She handled our 2 medium sized dogs that can be a handful and very anxious when we leave very well. The house was clean and everything and everyone was well taken care of. We will definitely use her again!
Chamber was an excellent Rover for Pepper. I know Pepper can be a handful sometimes but I believe she was handled with care. I paid for 30 minute walks and sometimes the walks went over that time limit. I can tell Chamber really cares about your pet as if they are her own. Thank you Chamber for taking great care of Pepper!!!
Chamber stayed with our husky over the weekend and kept her super active, like she loves! They spent many hours/miles walking/running on some wooded trails, we came home to find a tuckered out, satisfied Baby Wolf. She left the house spotless and was very sweet to send us pix of our girl throughout the weekend. I would recommend Chamber, it was apparent she really loves animals.

I have several pets of my own on a routine schedule that I stick with, and understand each owner has their own standards and schedule that they would like. I have medical experience with small animal medicine in a clinical setting, and actively pursuing my doctorate in Veterinary Medicine to provide higher quality care in my career and through these bookings. I typically take photos or videos throughout visits or walks to send as updates, and record urination, defection amounts and note anything that seems potentially abnormal. I also ask in advance for any behavioural or medical issues to be aware of in advance to let you know otherwise ASAP if something seems to be peculiar while you are away. I would be devastated if anything to any of my pets, and I would like to make the process as comfortable and worry-free as possible for anyone booking with myself.

I would love to know if I’m working with any shy or aggressive dogs to strangers before hand. I am used to all kinds of temperaments with cats and dogs, but just a heads up on special needs, behaviour problems to spot, and special requests before hand are always great.
A typical day
I would love to stimulate your dog in whatever way they need. If they just want a cuddle buddy and pets all day, that’s fine by me. If they’re the jumpy “you can’t ever tire me out, fools”, we can play engaging games, and exercise their little doggy hearts out.

Weekends for me are completely open, and the days off with my hospital are flexible. Depending on bookings I let individuals know in advance how much attention or care I can provide over the booking period as well.
