The perfect farm crawl for your pet
Pet care experience
We set up this urban homestead and hobby farm 4 years ago. It was our life’s calling. Here we grow vegetables, keep chickens, ducks, rabbits, goats, barn cats and a couple of dairy cows to provide for ourselves and share the rest of the farm produce with those who visit us. Ours is a ‘no kill’ farm. We do not sell our livestock for slaughter either. Too many roosters or goat bucks is not a problem for us. We manage them well. Animals live here as pets, receive dignity and protection as members of our family until the end of their natural lives. If at all we give our animals away, it is only to other small start-up farms who approach us, and whom we verify. Both my wife and I also drive school buses so we remain amongst people. Being with children for some time in the day invigorates us. We have three dogs of our own, a German Shepherd girl and two small Morkie siblings. They are fully vaccinated, friendly, gentle and happy dogs and will be great company for your pet, should you choose to board your pet with us. We can assure you that your pet will have a better holiday than you yourselves 😊. To make it clear, we cannot re-home dogs at our place. We can only board your pet as per Rover terms and conditions.

Chai and his wife took really good care of our puppy. He is a 7 month old mastiff/husky and we were worry about him and he provided a very loving home for our pet. He has an amazing set up with other animals and a huge space for running. Our Cooper was treated as one of his own and we received constant updates pictures and videos of our pet. We never had any worry and we are sooo happy to have found him we will definitely use his services in the future.
My 11 year old dog stayed with Chetan and had an amazing time! From drop off, we were not rushed out, he allowed us to say hello to his many animals which was very lovely. It was also very nice to have the opportunity for my dog to meet other animals, such as goats. Chetan sent me plenty of videos and photos of Hunter during his stay which I 100% appreciated! It allowed me to feel very calm as I knew Hunter was not only in good hands, but also having a lot of fun himself. Hunter enjoyed his stay and we will definitely be back again.

We prefer keeping smaller to medium sized dogs as that is what we feel we can do most justice to 2. Whether you would be ok for your pets to be in the company of our own and other dogs OR prefer otherwise 3. Whether they are friendly or aggressive with other dogs 4. Whether they are spayed or otherwise
A typical day
I have a fully fenced dog play area where they can run around. I would be spending time with your pets playing with them, introducing them to other farm animals. and keep them exercised and happy during their stay with us. We also have enough area within the property to walk the dogs at least twice daily.

Availability
The nature of our activities keeps us at home for most part of the day. Presence of farm animals in different sections of the property ensures our presence and availability to them, and your pet, at all times pretty much by default.
