My name is Chaim (like "hi", with an "m"). My interactions with dogs are informed by some of the best minds in the field. I'm looking forward to meeting your dog.
Reviews

Chaim was a great dog sitter for our rambunctious boxer pitty, Maya. We would 100% recommend him to sit yours too! He was attentive to Maya's needs, even going as far as getting in touch with us to confirm some of her normal behavioral patterns. He has a deep level of knowledge about dogs and went above and beyond to understand ours. We could tell she had a great time with him. Thanks, Chaim!
I got the sense Chaim fundamentally liked my dog and went over and above to make sure his stay was a good one. Thank you Chaim!

Chaim was absolutely great. He’s such a kind guy and you can tell he really cares for your dog. He was flexible with my weird travel schedule and even picked me up at the airport in the middle of the night. I highly recommend him!
Chaim assisted my girlfriend and I in caring for and walking our aging black lab. Due to her being 12 years old at the time, Murphy required increased attention, frequent walks, and a particular diet, and Chiam did a great job with all of the above. His passion for and interest in dogs was evident in his work. I'm glad to recommend Chaim for any related assistance.

Safety, trust & environment
My environment is clean, toxin-free (we use cleansers like vinegar and Bon Ami), and welcoming. I have a lot of experience with dogs and so I am aware of their ability to present new and interesting challenges. We manage these challenges here by developing an individualized approach to the dog's daily routine.

Information Chaim E. would like to know about your pet
Please don't forget to mention any allergies or necessary medication. We do require that all dogs are current on rabies vaccine and treated for parasites, as I an highly allergic to insect bites. Feel free to tell me about any health concerns directly; I am happy to have a conversation about your dog!
A typical day
This really depends on the dog. Some dogs love to jump in and play frisbee with strangers. Others take some time to warm up. Typically I have the dogs here on a rotation and they will be out every 2-4 hours. While they are out they have direct supervision with two people interested in their well-being. We provide open water typically unless it becomes a problem. Feeding happens twice a day unless otherwise noted. If you do not provide a food or water requirement they will be calculated according to ASPCA or other standards.

My approach to daily routine with dogs is dog-driven, meaning that I try to determine through one on one interection what the dog's interests are in terms of this location; do they like balls, or frisbees? Are they interested in the park next door? As I gain a sense of what their interests are, I can cater to those interests as a reward system, while we build trust and communication. I believe that every dog 's interaction with every person is different. Likewise, I try to view each dog as a new individual with whom I can form a working relationship.
