Pet care experience
Myself and Rich have both had family dogs from a young age, and this is where our love for dogs stemmed from. Since moving out of our family homes we are looking to fill this void in our lives by also helping other dog owners. We have learnt to train puppies from a young age with Rich even training his dog to walk off lead at all times (and to even stop at traffic lights!!). We see pets as members of the family and we would treat any breed, size or age with the same love and care which they deserve.

We can’t recommend Cerys and Rich enough! They came to meet Snoop beforehand and were absolutely brilliant with him, and Snoop loved his time with them. Rich kept us updated both days, taking photographs and letting us know what Snoop had been up to - something that we both really appreciated, since this was our first time using Rover and we were naturally a bit anxious. Our anxieties were very quickly squashed, and we would book them again in a heartbeat… and we will be doing so! Snoop is looking forward to more cwtches in the future 🥰
Cerys and Rich are so lovely, we are so lucky to have found them! We have a nervous rescue lurcher who finds it hard to trust people and they have been fantastic with her. It is so reassuring to know that she is with people who know how to handle nervous dogs and we love seeing the photos they send from the walks. Would 100% recommend Cerys and Rich - thank you!
Cerys and Rich are so lovely and clearly great with dogs! Whilst they looked after our 7 month old pup, they kept us in the loop with updates and photos of her having lots of fun. Would definitely book them again. Highly recommend. 🙂
Cerys and Rich possess the qualities and attributes that make for exceptional dog sitters and walkers. They have even looked after our 2 dogs Jac and Caleb overnight. Their responsibility, genuine love for animals, adaptability, and knowledge of canine care makes them a reliable and compassionate caregiver. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any dog walking or sitting responsibilities, knowing that they will provide the highest level of care and attention to the furry members of any household. We are both strong believers that pets are at their happiest when they are outdoors and exploring. However, were aware that life can be hectic at times, so our goal is to relieve people's busy schedules and ensure that their pets are safeguarded with the upmost priority.

Please let us know the breed, size and age of the dog prior so that we can determine / plan the best source of exercise and places to take the dog. We would also like to be aware of any medial conditions. It is important to us to know the dogs behaviour around new surroundings, other dogs, cats and people so we know what to expect.
A typical day
We believe that the type of activity depends on the size, breed and age of the dog. However, we will typically aim to take the dogs to large open areas such as parks or woodlands or even water upon request of owner. We also enjoy hiking, therefore if the dog has high energy we are also able to take the dogs on long mountain hikes with us.

Availability
We both live active lifestyles and love long walks whether its first thing in the morning, lunchtime and after work. With a passion for the outdoors having been brought up in Snowdonia, we are constantly exploring new areas and walking routes. We would love a furry friend to accompany us on future adventures. With both of us having the freedom of flexible / remote working we can easily fit pet care into our daily / weekly routine.
