I’ve been around animals all my life, dogs in my family since I was a baby and I’ve ridden horses since I was 4. I’ve never had my own dog but I have looked after my friends and families dogs countless times over the years including feeding, training, walking, playing and bathing. I’ve come across all breeds and never met a dog I didn’t like and that didn’t like me! More recently for the past 2 years I lived with a housemate who owns a rescue dog, severely traumatised, and ended up taking joint care of him. I loved him and cared for him as my own and he became my little shadow. I helped improve his social skills and anxiety around new people but most importantly showed him that not all humans are bad!
