Celine is absolutely amazing. She's loving and attentive to both of my dogs needs. I would recommend her to any animal parent in need.

Whew! Where do I start? Well for one, I was extremely happy to find this service bc I knew nothing about it. We had a death in the family and had to make an unexpected trip last minute. I couldn’t find any alternatives for my son(my puppy) until I stumbled upon Rover. I chose this sitter bc she was not far from my house and she had was available. Perfect right? NOT. I dropped my baby off at 10am Thursday morning. After a 14 hr drive to my destination, I checked my messages and saw this person sent me a message at 130am that plainly said “we might have to make other arrangements for you dog”. I instantly panicked bc it was almost 9am and hours went by after this message was sent. I immediately messaged her back to see what the problem was, and she was upset that my baby “wasn’t potty trained” which is not true. Now, he is spoiled and treated like a person, he’s never been away from us or in another home, so I’m sure he was out of place. However, I explained to her this is my SON, not my dog. So waking up and seeing a disturbing message like that really ticked me off. I responded to her saying that I was too far away and couldn’t do anything, she said she was “frustrated”. I’m not sure why you would advertise yourself as a dog sitter and get “frustrated” with a client just 12 hrs later. Frustration is understandable but to see that message at 130am?!?! Then I found us going back and forth via messages all while I’m dealing with my family issues. I then asked her to only contact me unless it was an emergency and this young lady CONTINUED TO PISS ME OFF via message. I eventually lost my temper, put her in place and that was the end of that. I then had to worry about my son for the next 2 days. Once I came to pick him up, my husband decided to get him bc of the built up animosity I had, and he was the one driving. But do you believe she had a bunch of ppl sitting on her stairs? Like they were gonna do something?!!? Lord have mercy, that’s how things happen to innocent ppl. Lucky for her my husband is way more levelheaded bc I’m not. She’s very unprofessional, and doesn’t understand that ppl will do ANYTHING at ANYTIME. I hope she reads this and gets her act together bc if she catches the RIGHT person her and her family would have had to make other arrangements. I give her ZERO STARS and DO NOT RECOMMEND! How do you scare the life out of someone at 130am saying you will have to make other arrangements for their loved one that was left IN YOUR CARE? Ole dummy. I’m trying to keep it censored but BABY! She had the Lord on her side, and my husband.
