** Bindi passed in February and Crush passed in March** My family (husband, daughter (18), son (15) and I LOVE animals and in addition to Bindi, our 10-year-old Golden and Crush, our 10-year-old orange tabby cat, we have been fostering dogs for the last 8 years. Fostering has brought immense joy to us and taught us how to care for all kinds of dogs and handle a variety of issues. Love, structure and exercise and then some more love can bring out the best in any dog!

Celia and Mark were so great! They were very flexible, kind and easy to work with, and took great care of my dog Daisy (two times). I would absolutely go back to them again. My dog loved them so much that she wanted to visit their house again when we were walking in their neighborhood...unusual for this rescue dog with abandonment issues, but the best endorsement I could ever ask for! They have a wonderful shaded yard with lots of grass, and a beautiful home. Just all-around excellent.
Celia and Mark were excellent hosts for our dog. They made her feel right at home and she came back as happy as ever. They have an amazing yard for the dog to spend time outside and made sure she was comfortable sleeping at night. I highly recommend this family!

Our dog has free range in our home which we are happy to extend to your dog. If your pet prefers a crate please just bring that for their stay. We have a fully fenced yard for your dog to run around.

A typical day
We love to hike with our dog or go to Twin Lakes or a dog park. A nice stroll around downtown Boulder is a daily activity.

Availability
My husband works from home full-time and I have a flexible schedule. Weather permitting we hike with our dog every weekend. If your dog is up for this we will hit the trails. If dog parks are more their speed we have plenty of options to choose from. Or if hanging out in our yard feels best we we'll go with that.
