Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Celia A.. An animal advocate at heart! Put your mind at ease knowing your dog is in the hands of an adult who is experienced with dogs over 100 pounds and has experience with all dogs big or small! Our previous dog was a big boy, a rescued 120 lb American Bulldog Mastiff and was not dog friendly, which allows me to be aware and understanding of dogs with different personality traits and different needs- it can be a tough challenge sometimes! We now have a one-eared Pitbull named Willow who is as sweet as they get & truly is always just happy to be here. I regularly volunteer in downtown Detroit with CHAINED, a non-profit for dogs living on chains in Southwest Detroit and also volunteer with DACC going on pack walks to get shelters dogs out of the shelter for fresh air and long walks. My husband & I have adopted 3 cats in addition to our sweet Willow girl. I also have many references from years of dog watching!

We have been using Celia as our favorite dog-sitter for the past 5 years. She is a bubbly, professional, and caring person who exhibits dedication to whatever she is doing. I know her to be an extremely hard-working, dependable individual whom I trust completely with the care of our beloved golden. She takes time to make sure our dog is exercised, loved, played-with, clean/brushed, and fed on her regular schedule. She updates us with texts (and even photos) and has never turned us down to help out with our pet, even during holiday weekends or last minute requests. Cece has been dog walking and dog/house sitting for us for over five years! She is reliable, responsible, dependable, professional, and trustworthy. Her responsibilities have included dog medication administration, dog walking, dog feeding, and veterinarian appointments for emergencies. Most importantly, Cece's love for animals absolutely shines in her interactions with our dog. He is crazy about her as well and gets incredibly happy when she arrives! Cece treats our dog as her own, and I can guarantee she would certainly care for your pet in the same way!!! I highly recommend Cece to care for your pets!!!

I have experience with working with all types of dogs- dog-aggressive, people-aggressive, runners, anxious dogs, everything in between. You will never overwhelm me with all the specific precautions your dog may need and I understand the importance of those elements.
A typical day
Growing up on property, nothing brings me joy like taking dogs for walks in nature. Having new smells is a great way to stimulate your dog's brain and will actually tire them out much quicker because of their brain working overtime by new scents. Plus, fresh country air is good for the soul.

I'm a full-time Realtor, but have a flexible schedule & just can't get enough time with the animals! I also own a floral design company (Flower Bar Floral Design), which also gives me flexibility to devote extra time to animals when it works best for them!
