As an avid animal lover with 10 years of pet care experience, I bring a deep passion for nurturing our furry companions. From caring for my own beloved pets back home in Costa Rica to providing petsitting for friends and coworkers and now having multiple clients in Amsterdam for whom I provide regular sitting to their doggies ❤️ I understand the importance of ensuring their well-being! I've had my 5-year-old dog since she was 6 months old. I adopted her from the shelter I was volunteering while living in Warsaw, Poland. We've been inseparable ever since <3 I have some knowledge of dog behavioral training, gained through personal experience, so I am also equipped to handle all situations. Your pet's happiness and safety would be my top priorities when you need a few days away! I work from home Friday and Monday and have Saturday and Sunday off. So I would be available 24hrs during those days. In any occasion, I'm not out of the apartment for longer than 6 hours at a time. If needed, I can occasionally take extra WFH days during the week to ensure your dog won't be left alone for extended periods of time! I live on the ground floor and have a big garden where your dog can sunbathe and relax any time they want! This garden is fenced and 100% safe. As I mentioned, I have a 5yr old female dog - if they get along, she'll be available to keep your dog company and play :) If your dog isn't super pet friendly, don't worry cause can ensure to have them in different areas of the house at all times and have separate walks!

If your dog requires medication, let me know the instructions on dosage and administration! - Exercise and walking routines: any preference for activities :) or if a specific walking schedule has to be followed. - Emergency contacts: Your preferred vet and anyone else you'd like me to reach in case of an emergency. - Anything else you might consider important for me to give the best care to your dog :)
A typical day
The way I unwind during my working day is by taking breaks to go to the garden and play with my dog and the dog I take care of at the time! This helps them relax and burn some energy. I also take them for a long walks in the morning and in the afternoon as I have several parks around my place. I avoid dog parks as they tend to be problematic and chaotic for most dogs, this way I ensure their safety.
