Pet care experience
I’ve been working with animals for a large portion of my life. I worked as a veterinary assistant for 2 years but left because it was a very depressing job. Then I worked as a dog bather for 3 years and a dog groomer for almost a whole year. I then tried working at a doggy daycare for a while and then after that I worked at my local shelter for a bit. All these jobs gave me a good amount of both dog and cat handling experience that I will use to better care for your pets. Animals have been my passion for my entire life and I do my best to stay updated on understanding their behavior and needs.

Celeste’s passion is taking care of domestic animals. She has a big heart for any and all cats and dogs, and with the given veterinarian experience she has she knows what is best socially, nutritionally, and how they should be raised to become a strong n smart member of the family. Celeste is a very compassionate and understanding sitter as well. She understands the needs and wants of both the owners and pets in order to keep them both satisfied and safe.

I will make sure to keep an eye on your pets whereabouts the entire time I am with them. If I am taking them outside I’ll keep a leash on them at all times unless it is a fenced in yard. I’ll check all exits before taking them out to ensure that they won’t be able to run away when letting them outside. Please provide an appropriate fitted harness or leash when leaving me with you dog.

Please let me know if your pets have any specific needs or behaviors that I need to be aware of. This includes behaviors like anxiety, food/toy aggression, being wary of strangers, touch sensitivity, allergies or if they are strong pullers on the leash(note if they are extremely strong pullers and are 45 lbs or more I might refuse walks).
A typical day
I’ll try my best to keep them both mentally and physically stimulated. I’ll play some games with them while also testing their brain with by teaching them some simple tricks like sit or stay. For cats I’ll keep them entertained with toys and lots of pets and cuddles.

I’m working part time so I have plenty of time to stop by and check on your pets or take them out for some fresh air.
