Pet care experience
I’ve cared for animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a family of vets who fostered animals and even as a young child I was involved heavily with the process. I began volunteering in shelters when I was 16 years old and continued to do so for 9 years; during that time I have developed a deep understanding of their needs and how to care for them. When I moved out to my own place I continued fostering dogs and cats who had been mistreated and abandoned; I helped them to recover, and I nurtured them to trust in humans again. When the time was right and they were ready for a loving home, I began with the adoption process.

Celeste was lovely and jumped in to help us at the last minute, she was fantastic with the dogs and sent us updates over the 4 days we were away. We came home to happy dogs, can't thank her enough for being able to fit us in!
We left Artie with Celeste for one night while we were visiting my sister and we couldn't be happier with how it went. We received several updates & photos over 24 hours to let us know how they were getting on, and felt really comfortable that Artie was being taken really good care of. Celeste was very easy to communicate with, very friendly & seemed really happy to meet Artie. We also had some last minute medical things to deal with due to a little infected cut on his paw & Celeste took it completely in her stride & gave him his antibiotics as requested. We can't recommend her highly enough.

I work part-time and remotely; therefore I am completely flexible with my schedule and I could adjust it accordingly to the owner’s and dog’s needs.
