Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Cedric and I am a senior in college. I am from Montgomery County and have been watching dogs for friends and family for the past five years. I’ve had experience with dogs requiring special medication or care, young puppies, and everything in between. I am most experienced with vacation stays, where I’ll stay at your home with your dog in his/her comfortable environment. I’m open to drop-in visits and walks too. I have a car and a bike so distance should not be an issue! Most importantly, I love all dogs and can’t wait to meet yours!

Cedric was great! He stayed the night with our puppy and followed all directions carefully. He was enthusiastic and clearly cared about our pup. He was responsible, communicative, and left the house spotless. We definitely plan to use Cedric again!

I will go by all of your guidance for taking your dog outside. I will keep an eye on your dog if they allowed free on a fenced yard, or carefully go for a long leash walk in the yard if they are not allowed to run around. I’d like to take your dog for at least a 30-minute walk around the neighborhood, so please let me know if there are any special considerations to keep in mind.

Please let me know to the best of your ability of anything to watch out for in your dog. This may be a tendency for eating things on walks, triggers like thunder, or any medical conditions. I want to take the best care of your dog that I can, and it would be best to know about these prior to sitting.
A typical day
I usually get up around 7 and will take your dog on a short walk or let him into the backyard to do his business before breakfast. If your dog is active, we can go for longer in the morning. If your dog likes to play, we will play throughout the day and go out again and lunchtime if desired. Finally, we’ll end the day on a long night walk after dinner

I work and take college classes entirely from home, so house sitting works perfectly for me. I can also accommodate drop-in visits with advance notice.
