Growing up on a farm in the Adirondacks, I got my first dog named Ajax when I was only 2 years old! My mom is a successful horse trainer, and we raised poultry, and milking goats. I spent 7 summers at a camp with farm animals as a kid, with horses and organic gardens, to eventually being hired last summer there as a camp counselor/ farm hand/ wilderness guide and first responder. Being new to New Paltz, I'm looking to find an active, healthy and creative way of making some extra cash while making some animal connections.
