I have a dog and I treat him as if he were my own son. I grew up with dogs my whole life. In 2014 I rescued a dog, Kingstyn, and he was like a son to me. Kingstyn was 3 years old when I adopted him. We believe he was abused in his last home so I do have experience with previously abused dogs. Unfortunately I had to leave him back home. I adopted Luke in 2015 when he was 3 mo. old and he is now 7 years old. I am a people-pleaser and a dog-pleaser. I do go to school full-time and I work part-time. I would prefer that my dog come with me during overnight visits.
