It's my first time using the app, but it's not a good first one. I attempted to contact the sitter, and there was no answer after several missed calls, a voicemail, and a ringing doorbell. I eventually got a response in a groggy voice. I expressed my urgency at booking to make sure this was timely. I got a phone call within the first 40 minutes inquiring about follow-up; however, had drop off not been delayed , I would have had more time to explain his diet, behavior, and follow-up. I explained several times that the best thing to do was make trips to the restroom approximately 2 hours since I was reminded that she had carpet in her apartment. The result was to keep Charlie in a room with no carpet; what room that was is unclear. That phone call left me uneasy the entire time he was away, and I couldn’t get him fast enough.

April 21st, 2023 Dear Rover and Loving Pet Owners, You would be extremely lucky and privileged to obtain the loving services of Cecelia G for your pet and for yourself. Cecelia got her dog "Abba" who is a Shi tzu during the pandemic. He is an adorable curly-haired black small dog. She treats him like a Prince! He is well-fed, well-groomed, and well-loved. She regularly walks and bathes him. She actually trained him to "do his business" in the tub on the very rare occasion he does not make it outside. I have known Cecelia for over 20 years.
