During graduate school in Ohio, I fostered one service-dog-in-training for three to four semesters at a time (5 dogs total) through the 4 Paws 4 Ability nonprofit organization. This experience allowed me to interact with different breeds while socializing them in public for various experience and stimuli as long as it was suitable for each particular dog. During this engaging process, I would work on strengthening their skills or teaching new tricks as well as troubleshooting any behavior challenges. I logged these experiences so to communicate with the organization of the dog's progress. From this experience, I promise full-on dedication, care, and love for each and every dog that is in my care.
