Cecilia is the cat sitter every cat owner wishes to know. She is patient, calm and everything a kitty needs to feel comfortable. She’s responsive, a fantastic communicator, and gentle spirit. Cecilia first watched my kitty in 2019 and it was clear she was a true cat lover - I’d used other sitters through Rover before, but it just clicked with Cecilia and felt entirely different with her there compared to prior sitters. I was planning to take a trip in late 2020 and contacted Cecilia. She really impressed me again with her responsiveness, follow up, and most importantly, her attention to how we could make it happen safely. That trip didn’t end up happening, but we reconnected in 2021 and I was again SO pleased with the effort she made to make sure I was comfortable with the entire experience in the context of Covid-19. So all of this wonderfulness made me feel better about leaving period, on top of all the wonderful things about Cecilia in any given year. And Cecilia’s caring and gentle spirit mean more than ever because for the past 16 months, I was home with my cat nearly 24 hours every day, and she tends to follow me around like a shadow. Even pre-Covid my cat was never the cliche “independent cat” - her main hobby is being admired and she needs attention as much as food and water. So leaving her would have been heart wrenching if I didn’t know someone like Cecilia who I know will give her the time, attention and affection she needs. Cecilia is an angel!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ P.s. She’s also a great photographer and sends amazing pictures while she’s cat sitting! It makes my heart melt, and means a lot.

Cecilia is a gentle and attentive pet caregiver. The pets she cares for receive the same level of love and dedication as if they were her own. She truly cares about making sure the pets she cares for are happy while their owner is away.
