I have known Cece for 7 years aka I've seen a lot of her and I know her very well. She is incredibly kind and funny and caring. She watched my dog for 2 weeks over my winter break while I was on vacation and took wonderful care of him. She sent my video updates every time she was at my house and took care of all the tasks I left her. I felt confident in her skill as a dog sitter/walker and was highly impressed with her proficiency.
