I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. Growing up my chore was always to take care of the animals, because I’ve always been the pet lover of the family. I genuinely care for my dogs like they are my family— even more so than some of my actual human family (😬)! I’m an emergency department registered nurse by day and a dog connoisseur by night (and my days off) 🤣. My husband is a flight instructor at Craig airport (super close to our house), so on days I have to work, he’s still at the house every couple of hours to make sure the pups are doing ok. In addition, I have an extra large doggie door installed in my patio doors so that everyone has free rein in and out of the house at their leisure (the only exception is on rainy days)! I love working with dogs, so doing Rover on the side fulfills that need for me! If I could make being a full time professional dog walker work financially, I would quit my day job in a heartbeat! 🤗 I am super experienced with dogs of all ages, including senior dogs. My last pup of almost 12 years was pretty sick in his last months, so I am a pro at giving medicine and care for the elders. On the other hand, I have a young Brittany who has more energy than most dogs I’ve ever seen, and he is my crazy running buddy. I am up for meet and greets if you and your dog(s) would like to get to know me (and my dogs) before I care for them. I’m super flexible and adaptable, and I look forward to meeting you and your pups!!!

Caylee took Jimmy on short notice and kept him for 3 days. She knew we would miss him terribly and sent updates all day and also sent a gorgeous pic of him sitting in the sun. It warmed my heart to know she was paying attention to him. Jimmy will be back probably with his little brother next time.

Caylee takes great care of our Liberty. She’s very loving and treats our dog as of it were her own. Great communication, updates & pics/videos puts our mind at ease when she is watching our fur baby. Will definitely book with her in the future! ♥️🐶

I have a fenced in yard that allows for free play, but can do walks, if that is what you prefer. I do have dogs of my own that have been around many other dogs— at the dog park, at our own sitter’s house, and of course, at my own house with our Rover guests— and they are very sociable. Because I do have pups of my own, I do not board more than two guests at a time (usually just one, unless I have a request of a duo from the same household, than two is fine because I know those two will get along!) In addition, the treats your pup will receive at my place will be safe (no raw hide here), and for the most part, grain free. I also only give my pups filtered water, and will certainly do the same for yours.

I love to take my dogs on walks and to the beach (evening time). I also have plenty of toys and outside space for your pup to enjoy during their stay — we subscribe to BarkBox and that has been a hit around this house!

I am very available to care for your pet most hours of the day. I also love to take my pups on Jeep rides with me and to the dog park (we go to the Atlantic Beach Dog Park) and would be willing to let yours join, if you wanted!!
