Caty is AWESOME. And took care of our dog like he was her own. First off, our dog is super shy when he meets people and Caty was happy to come meet us before his stay to ensure he was well acquainted with both her and her lovely boxer pup, Lambeau. He was comfortable with them both right away and I could tell immediately that Caty was a true dog person and incredibly responsible. Secondly, we had a few complications come up on our end the night before our trip and Caty handled the changes in plan with such ease and reassurance. Our dog was very sick the day before we boarded him, almost to the point of one of us choosing to stay behind. We took him to the vet late at night where he was given fluids and probiotics. The morning of our trip, he had improved a lot and we felt certain that Caty would be the right person to take care of him should he worsen again. She was happy to accommodate his change in diet (chicken and rice plus probiotics) and kept us updated the whole time. He had a great time staying with her which was evident in not only his mood when we picked him up, but also all the photos and videos she sent of he and Lambeau having the zoomies together. I am endlessly thankful to Caty for taking such good care of him especially when he was unwell. And we will 100% be booking with her again! Thanks Caty
