Pet care experience
Dogs are my passion. I have experience volunteering and walking dogs at the Humane Society for 2+ years. I have a bather/brusher certification I received in Los Angeles in 2013. I also apprenticed with a groomer in Northern California. I have had dogs most of my life and have dog sat for many family and friends. When a friend goes out of town I am their "go-to" sitter. I also love dog training. I have some informal dog training experience with teaching commands such as sit, stay, come, lay down and roll over. Walking dogs and doing home visits will be the next best thing to having a dog because right now my apartment doesn't allow dogs. I do have a cat and a kitten as well. If you have cats, I will give them lots of love too! My availability is going to be during the day, 8am-2:30pm before I go to my serving job at night. On my off days I can do later hours as well!

Catlin is an animal lover extraordinaire! She owns animal-themed jewelry, clothing, home decor and she brakes for squirrels. In particular, she loves dogs! Her childhood dream was to "own a ranch to take care of puppies." Catlin has watched my pet many times and has the uncanny ability to tune-in to my pets' needs and (somewhat difficult) temperament. Catlin dog-sat for me recently, and when I picked them up she had taught one how to shake! I was really pleased with the time she spent with him, it showed not just a dedication to the job, but a real affinity and love for dogs. And they love her! When I picked them up it was as like they didn't even notice I was gone! The other dog has medication that he needs to take everyday, and she was really good at getting him to eat it and stay on his schedule. 1 million stars!!
