Pet care experience
The dogs I grew up with are with my parents and I'm not in a position to have my own dog, so I always love making new furry friends! I grew up with two big dogs, so I understand the importance of proper training and being firm with them. I'm willing to incorporate any specific commands you want them to know into my time with them. (And I'll even try to teach them a few tricks if you'll let me!) I promise I'll love your dog to pieces, but that doesn't mean I'll let them get away with anything (I see you begging for treats, Daisy). I have provided dog walking/drop-in services for family friends several times in the past, as well as on Rover. I also volunteer at the local animal shelter where I play with the shelter doggos and cats and clean their kennels. I am comfortable around a wide range of dogs, big and small, young and old. The fact that your dog is a 150 pound St. Bernard won't phase me (that's just more dog to love, right?). Feel free to reach out to me if you have any specific queries- I'm happy to connect with you. I love to explore different neighborhoods, so rest assured your doggo and I will venture down all the side streets near your house! Once I know your dog, I am happy to take them to the local dog park so they can get some social time. I also frequent the riverwalk downtown.

I work almost entirely remotely, so I have a flexible work schedule. I do travel for work pretty often, so if you're looking for visits on a consistent day and time every week, I might not be your gal.
