Despite Cathy’s many positive reviews, my experience with her was negative. I have a 5-month-old puppy, and before booking I specifically asked how her dogs do with puppies. She assured me they had done well in the past, but she never mentioned that she would also be boarding other dogs at the same time. When we arrived, Cathy told me that two of the dogs she was sitting had fought the night before, which already made me uneasy. During introductions, one of those same dogs bit my puppy unprovoked and drew blood. While the injury was minor, I did not feel comfortable leaving my puppy in that environment and decided to take him home. I contacted Rover, explained the situation, and was issued a refund. Cathy was upset and accused me of wasting her time, claiming my puppy had simply received a “correction” from a dog that had “never been a problem”—the very same dog she admitted had recently been in a fight. Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review, understanding that sometimes incidents happen. However, after my further interactions with Cathy, I feel it’s important to share that I found her to be both incompetent and untrustworthy.

Her dog had a blast with Miss Cathy - she's a 100% animal lover - who's great to see our dog playing with all the other dogs and spending time with the kittens!! Fantastic experience!!
