I feel right at home whenever there's a dog around! I've gotten to know literally hundreds (possibly thousands!) of dogs over the years as a shelter volunteer, foster mom, pet sitter, dog walker, and vet assistant. I've known shy dogs, exuberant dogs, dogs who think I'm a chew toy, vocal dogs, senior dogs, pregnant dogs, new moms and newborns, wheelchair dogs, diabetic dogs, blind dogs, dogs who sleep on my head during a thunderstorm, and dogs who just want to be left alone thankyouverymuch! The largest doggy household I've ever cared for had 13 puppers of all ages. I can care for cats and other critters too. I'm also a horse mom! I'm no longer an active volunteer or foster. These days my life is a little tamer - it's just me, my boyfriend Jas, and our dog Sammy. Jas is also available to come with me to take care of your pupper, but this does not affect our price! Your dog gets four hands available to pet him/her for the price of two hands! And let me just say ... I thought dogs loved me until I met Jas ... dogs love me but they ADORE him. I'm actually jealous. We can follow whatever instructions you have in order to keep your pup feeling safe and comfortable. If we really shouldn't try to cuddle your shy pup, we can do that. If we need to reinforce some no-jumping manners, we can do that too. If we need to build a fort and hug your pup tight during a thunderstorm, we're all for it. If your dog follows a strict medication routine, we got it. I want to mention that I'm a freelance writer and digital marketer, which means I work from home. This means that I can spend a lot of time sitting on the couch cuddling with your dog(s) and letting them out for potty breaks! If you have any additional questions, ask away!
