When I arrived to pick up my 12 year old Pomeranian, she was covered in scabs all over her body. She had fleas on her as well. She was shaking and afraid of me. There was feces all over the area where my dog was staying at Cathy's house. She lost my dogs harness. She was rude and threatened to call the cops on me while I was trying to pick up my dog (just because I would not walk down her steps and wait for her to bring my dog outside.) It has taken me weeks to try to nurse Pearl back to health and I am still working on it. I asked Cathy to call me on WhatsApp to discuss Pearl while I was in another country and she never did. My sweet girl had to live in those horrifying conditions for over two weeks. I am so sad that Pearl went through this. I will never use Cathy again.

Cathy is a true professional. She watched my dog over the 4th of July weekend and while on a walk in the park another dog bit my dog. She took the initiative to take him to her veterinarian as mine was closed (Sunday and the 4th of July) and got him prompt medical care. She communicated consistently throughout the weekend by sending pictures and updates and initiated a refund from Rover. I truly appreciated her above and beyond communication and service and will be using her services again in the future!
