Pet care experience
I recently graduated college with a PreVeterinary Science major and I am currently working as a Veterinary Technician at an animal hospital. Working in the Veterinary field has only solidified the idea that working with animals is something that I want to do for the rest of my life. Being trained as a Veterinary Technician has also allowed me to learn what it takes to ensure the proper health and safety of your pet. I am able to accommodate the special needs for your pets individualized care including administering medications, following dietary restrictions, and providing enrichment and exercise. I have training in basic grooming skills such as nail trims and ear cleanings. I have worked with cats and dogs of all sizes and I truly love them all!

Cathryn is wonderful! She works in a veterinary hospital for her day job and handles pets of all kinds. She has been great the times she has watched my dog Brody and he is always sad to see her go! Anyone would be lucky to have Cathryn watch their dog for them!

I live in a 2 story home with a small yard in the back. The area that I live by includes many sidewalks and neighborhoods for walks, and I live in walking distance to a trail through a conservation area for some added nature! In my home I have my own room with a big bed for cuddles if wanted, and 3 other roommates who are all amazing!

A typical day
I love going on long walks, whether it is through a neighborhood or on a hike! I also love to relax and provide as many cuddles as needed!

Availability
I work 4 days a week at an animal hospital and am therefore not home from 7:30am until 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On those days, I am available in the evenings. On Thursdays I am available at any time. I can be available on the weekends if planned in advance.
