Hello! I am an animal lover so I decided to board dogs and occasionally walk dogs in my free time. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 4 year old, Lily. Before becoming a mom, I was a Middle School Art Teacher and a nanny for several different families. I live in the southwest Seattle area (Highland Park). If you are interested in having me pet sit while you are away, I have a very safe, large, and fenced-in backyard. We have about 1400 sq ft of home with a main floor and basement/family room area. I would take care of your dog like it’s my own!! Lots of love over here! I understand that each pet is special and it is important to take the time to get to know each dog and engage with them as best as possible. I consider myself a left-brained, creative, laid back type of person; yet full of care and devotion because I know how much dog owners treasure their babes and I want the best for each one. I’m happy to meet you and your dog or cat beforehand to make sure my home is a good fit. I’m always looking forward to my next petcare adventure! It’s so fun to get to know different breeds and personalities! I will follow your instruction on sleeping arrangements. Unless your dog sleeps in their kennel, I tend to like to have our guests in our room on their bed on the floor for overnight (I sometimes make exceptions for bed sleep, if allowed). I prefer them to feel safe and comfortable with us instead of sleeping alone. The house is fully fenced so you do not need to worry if you have an escape artist 👩‍🎨 Our dog is a goofy, playful lab/pit mix that loves having new friends over. He is a little over a year old and has already had several stays with other dogs. My daughter is calm and careful around dogs and tends to give them their space at all times.
