I have grown up with dogs, and have owned dogs since getting married 36 years ago. I have trained our dogs to be be Therapy Pets who are certified to visit hospitals, nursing homes, schools and hospice facilities. I love all types and sizes and of dogs. Now that we are empty nesters, dogs have become our fur babies. We have one English Cocker spaniel named Gus who is 3 and loves to be with other dogs. Owning a second dog is not a commitment we are ready for yet. Having fur buddies around for Gus to play with and cuddle with will make him very happy. Walking dogs will give me good exercise that's fun and enjoying for me and for Gus if your dog is easy for me to maneuver walking 2 at the same time.
