Pet care experience
I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life; I have fostered litters of puppies from the day they were born until 8 weeks, worked with rescues and high risk cases, and enjoy the grey faced older individual. I have experience will all breeds from 10lb to 150lb. My training background covers dogs mastering potty-training to agility competition and advanced obedience. I emphasize positive reinforcement when training dogs and encourage myself to provide dogs with a physical or mental challenge. My work schedule is a standard 9-5 however I have flexibility within the day to adjust to a dog's needs and potty breaks! I enjoy taking dogs to as many places as possible and believe they are a member of my "pack" when accompanied by them. I am a young, active professional hoping to enjoy the company of your dog and provide whatever services you may need!

Catherine is super sweet and reliable!
Catherine took amazing care of our fur baby. Our dog is older, requires daily medication and a nightly inhaler. Catherine handled all of Nori’s medical needs and we were confident she was in good hands. We also appreciated the daily updates with a photo. We would highly recommend Catherine, she’ll take great care of your fur baby!

I have a fenced in yard (6 ft privacy fence) that allows the dog access to use the bathroom easily. At my home, they are integrated in my routine whether it’s exercising, relaxing, or being out and about. At the clients home, I respect the clients wishes and boundaries and maintain the dogs current routine.

I would appreciate knowing whether your dog gets along with other dogs and people. If they have medication I would like to know how and when to administer.
A typical day
Depending on the exercise level needs, I enjoy running and walking and would love to take your dog with me. If it’s too hot/not your dogs thing, we can do different mental stimulation games like hiding toys, playing fetch, or hanging out on the couch. I live by sloans lake and that’s a great loop to walk the dog.

Availability
Monday-Friday I work in the office, but I’m able to stop home during lunch to let your dog out for a potty break. During the weekends (depending on the dog’s lifestyle) I enjoy taking them out with me hiking or a long walk through the neighborhood. If your dog prefers to stay at home—that works for me too! I try and be around them as much as possible when they stay with me
