Pet care experience
I have grown up with animals my whole life and am very experienced in caring for puppies/dogs. Between my fiance and I, we've owned breeds across the spectrum including: Yorkie, German Shepherd, Boxer, Lab, Poodle, Pit Bull, & Maltese. We've also owned: rabbits, birds, ferrets, and lizards. I work half days so can be available for walks/visiting after 3pm on weekdays and as needed on weekends. Like people, no two dogs are alike, and I know that a connection and understanding of a particular dog's needs takes time and patience to uniquely develop. Most of our dogs have been adopted so I also understand the specific needs of animals who have experienced difficult pasts with extra attention paid to comfort, and feeling secure. Catherine is a responsible and kind person who has a clear connection with dogs. My dog is friendly, but can be fearful interacting with others. Whenever Catherine enters our home, my dog immediately races toward her with excitement and Catherine is quick to get on the floor and play/give belly rubs. She is very professional, and responsive both via phone/text (I always appreciate her updates & pictures). I would highly recommend Catherine to anyone seeking care for their dog.
Catherine is my older sister, and she is one of the most responsible and kind people I know. Throughout our lives, we've owned dogs, as well as provided care for dogs of our friends, family, and neighbors. She has a lifetime of experience working with dogs of various sizes and breeds. I've witnessed her in complete control of her own large rescue (lab, boxer mix) named Apollo. She trained him on her own, and provides a loving and safe environment for him daily. Where we come from, pets are part of the family. This is an ideal which I've seen her uphold again and again. I have no doubt that her qualities would make her an excellent walker for Rover. Your clients can rest assured that with Catherine, their dogs are in good hands!
