I love learning the personalities of our pets, and what gets them happy. Some like attention, others love their space. Respectfully, I can follow their lead.

I adopted my 1.5 yo pup Keeks during the pandemic. He was a rescue puppy, who had a learning curve to be apartment trained. He also suffered from stress and becam nibbly when people would come into his ‘safe space.’ Catherine was able to give Keeks the care, patience, and comfort to trust her during her time watching him. I am able to continually leave my cocker spaniel with her and trust he’ll be kept on his schedule and have lots of fun play time and walks.
Catherine has been off and on walking my fur babies (Pepper - 7 - Pitt bull & Cookie - 3 - Lab Mix) over the last 5 years or so. She arrives on time, or on the rare occasion she’s running behind she sends a text to let me know, but as soon as she gets here she’s out the door. They’re always so happy to see her and she them, which I think is wonderful. Would highly recommend!

I like to find out what makes our pets feel safe and loved, because who wants to be stuck in an awkward situation? I'll acknowledge that spontaneous throw up, poop, and urine are all natural accidents that can be cleaned without shame. They deserve appreciation, and yelling does not apply.

When booking overnight stay, I can stay full-time with your pet for up to 8 hours. In that time, any morning walks or visits to the dog park are included. I do not provide crates during home visits. So if needed, please be sure to have someone on standby close to home before my departure.
A typical day
Depending on owner instructions, I would take a quick few minutes through their neighborhood before a car ride. We can check out 2 dog parks near by, or as owner suggests. I'm open to ball/frisbee play, obstacle courses, and a walk around local man made lakes.

Availability
My dogs eat twice daily and vocalizes his need for breakfast at the same time that he needs to relieve himself. In order to prevent accidents in the house, I make sure to respond to their barks and pacing around me or near the door. To prevent my energetic dogs from running off, regular walks satisfy their momentum while giving time for obedience and awareness in public.
