Missing my pup, I’ll watch yours!
Pet care experience
My husband and I recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Labrador. We miss having a dog in our home, but aren’t ready to adopt again. We’re hoping your dog will enjoy all the walks and cuddles and affection we used to pour onto our Labrador. I have years experience caring for dogs and we’d love to start welcoming other fur babies into our home. We have watched all different sizes, breeds, and personalities of dogs so look forward to meeting your special pup. In addition, our former dog had medical issues so we are comfortable taking care of pups that have specific medical needs. I am very nurturing and attentive and absolutely adore animals. Owners will know their pups are in good hands with me and my safe home. I also know how hard it is to be away from your furry friend so I’ll be sure to send photo and text updates so you know your pup is is in safe and loving arms.

Sally got some serious one-on-one with Catherine and Garrett — a warm, dog-loving couple with a fabulous fenced backyard including trees, and (more importantly for Sally) squirrels! They kept me posted with photos and stories and we will gladly return again.
Catherine was warm, friendly, and I could tell she would take great care of my dog, Jingle. She was also very responsive to messages on the app and was flexible for setting up the meet & greet, drop-off, and pick-up. She and Garrett have a beautiful house with a big yard, and I know Jingle enjoyed having a place to run around. Also, something very important to me, she sent regular updates with pictures of Jingle. I'd definitely re-book with her the next time I need a dog sitter, and I'd easily recommend her.
Catherine was amazing! She has a lovely home (and backyard) that my dog really enjoyed staying in. She sent lots of updates and pictures and was flexible with us for pickup/drop off. I could tell when I picked up my dog yesterday that she was happy and relaxed. I would highly recommend Catherine!!

My yard is partially fenced and we will be closing off our driveway access soon. We have doggie cats ti section off our basement area and have nice views to our busy neighborhood.

Until recently, we had a dog with medical issues. We are comfortable looking after a dog with special needs. We have a cat, so we would prefer a dog guest who doesn’t mind cats (preferably ignoring them as opposed to chasing!). Tell us about your dog’s routine, eating habits, favorite toys and games, and temperament.
A typical day
I work from home and we are 2 blocks from downtown Arlington heights so there will be lots of walks and trips for lunch at Arlington alfresco.
