I believe that routine is especially important when pet parents are away. This includes keeping their environment clean and safe, verifying pet locations and securing possible entrances before activating any alarms and leaving.

Catherine is always so great with my grumpy, anxious cat. My cat is scared of anyone who isn’t us, and Catherine is always so patient. On top of that, she’s super communicative and always willing to help. 10/10 recommend her to be your sitter!
Catherine took such great care of our little princess. She was extremely professional and kept us informed the whole time we were away. Our dog loved her calm demeanor. Our dog is a blind, diabetic little softie who requires help to get up and down stairs but again Catherine was up for the task. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone to look after your dog.

Zeitplan
I am retired and am generally available on both weekdays and weekends with early or late hours possible. I will not schedule any visits without at least an extra hour between any other obligations.

- I always want to know their usual routine, any special needs, what they consider rewards and favorite toys/games. I also need to know any medical conditions/needs, special fears/triggers or behaviors. For example - if she starts scooting, she may trouble with her anal sacs or she hates the mailman, so please keep the inside door shut until he comes. Or he eats toilet paper, so keep the bathroom door closed.
