Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm with 4 dogs, 3 cats, and 20 horses, so I’ve had a lot of experience taking care of animals, feeding, bathing, walking, and nursing back to health (administering medication and shots)! I’ve always had multiple dogs and they are my world. I’ve trained all of my dogs myself and some other dogs for close friends. I used to take watch dogs, cats, birds and Horses for people all over Kentucky and Florida when the owners were out of town or had long work days. I’ve also had some vet tech training. I currently work as a photographer and innkeeper, but I have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m willing to move my schedule around to fit with yours and your pups schedule as well. I live in Estes Park. I love taking my dogs for car rides, go for a hike or swim (only if it’s okay with you!) My pups are super friendly and love other dogs and people!

You know your sitter is the greatest when you’re gone for a week and when you return your big lunky-headed Bulldog is as peaceful as a yogi and hardly notices you’ve come home. Cat took such excellent care of Magnus, she is a total godsend! With the initial meet and greet, he was instantly in love with her - they just clicked! Excellent communication, gorgeous photos taken like a pro with check ins, always on time and reliable. I felt 100% secure entrusting her with the care of my bub, and will absolutely have her watch him again with complete confidence. My dogs loved Catherine, and they were very well cared for this weekend!
Cat was awesome with our two pups, Kurt and Layla. She constantly played w/ them, walked them. Kurt always gets so excited when Cat comes. She is great!!
Catherine is a natural dog lover. First of all she has lived with and cared for dogs and horses all of her life. She knows the importance of schedules, discipline and affection that dogs need. She cares for my dogs frequently, sitting overnight, checking on them when I am out long hours, they love her and trust her... which is most important. She has an impressive amount of knowledge and real life experience caring for animals. I could not think of a more perfect job for Catherine.

A typical day
Depending on what the owner and animal is comfortable with, I love taking the pups on walks, or playing fetch. I love bringing healthy delicious treats or taking them on car rides. I’m also big on the cuddles and loving!

I have a very flexible schedule, so I am able to set a pretty strict routine when it comes to taking care of my pups or other people animals. Daily feeding, walking, or medications and any other tasks can be done at the correct times!
