Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of two cats for 5 years each now. I’ve raised and trained a 4 year old high energy bichon maltese who is dog reactive. I have also cared for an elderly cat with FIV. I’m free to do long walks or training walks with high energy dog.

This was Hugo’s first time with Catherine. He is a little anxious and she was sensitive to his needs. She gave us updates and photos which was lovely. Communication before the dog-sitting was thorough and efficient. We would definitely use Catherine again 😊
Catherine was great with Zipp. We met for a meet walk ahead of his stay at Catherine’s house which was great. Zipp is nervous with new people and she put him at ease and made him feel at home. Thank you :-)
Catherine has built a really lovely bond with our dog who loves his walks with her. We are new to having a dog walker and Catherine has been really good at communicating with us and we feel comfortable with leaving our dog in her care. She has been great.

A typical day
I believe in stimulating a dog both physically and mentally so I love long walks that are only for sniffing while also enjoying shorter training walks. I love going to Page Park as there are other dogs if they are friendly.

I am at uni for two days of the week but otherwise I am usually at home or walking. Therefore, both at home pet care and walking would be ideal.
