Sorry for the One star review. Catherine is a nice person however her apartment is Extremely small! She barely has enough room for herself and her dog. It’s a cluttered place. She never let us visit her place beforehand or we never would have booked her. We met at a park so the dogs could meet each other. They were fine together. Catherine then sent pictures of her place but they didn’t give a good indication of what we were getting into (on the wall outside of the elevator there’s a needle drop box!!!). Our dog was fearful at her place and started to show the stress by peeing and pooping on her carpet. Catherine couldn’t manage that so asked us the first night to come back from our vacation (3.5 hours away) and get Bella. She said she’d keep her in her crate the rest of the time! However she did take the two dogs for walks. I had to call a friend (with the help of her mother) to come and get Bella the next day. They took her to their place and gave her a bath just in case she had flees!! Yikes. We’ve used Rover before and would have rebooked with our other sitter but she was already booked.

Catherine is wonderful -- caring and thoughtful. She's very diligent about providing regular updates and sharing photos + videos of my babies. Most importantly, she treats them as her own. Will book again. Highly recommend.
