Catherine was great. She took notes during our meet & greet, and we knew then that she would be really thorough and reliable. Admittedly, we are very particular dog owners because our pups are very high energy, anxious, have sensitive stomachs, and other medical conditions. She read through all the notes we left her and cared for the dogs diligently, communicating with us quickly about any questions or concerns as they popped up to ensure the best care. Every night she sent us photos from that day, which was appreciated because we really missed our little guys!! I have had negative experiences with sitters on this app so I’m very careful about my selections, which is why I would definitely recommend her to my friends. She had a great attitude and the dogs loved her :) would book with her again for sure.

This is my first time using Rover and Catherine was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very kind and patient and went above and beyond to help ease any of my anxieties. She sent me pictures of them looking very happy and snuggly, and was really quick to respond. I came back to my place looking exactly as I had left it and the kitties seemed safe and happy.
