I'm a huge dog lover, i've had two labs, and have been raised with dogs. I have been sitting dogs in my neighborhood for years, and have had dogs of my own for 10 years. i am very attentive when i'm with dogs, and can almost instantly tell when a dog is not feeling okay. I love playing with dogs, and being patient with them. I am really good with puppies learning to be potty trained. I can handle emergencies in a calm and confident manner. My apartment is very dog friendly, and offer dog treats when coming in from walks. I am also comfortable coming to visit your dog in your home!

I had a 4-day engagement with my sitter. The second day, I was waiting for 25 mins at the sitter's apt. building entrance to find out that she was in another location. The third day - she did not pick up my phone, respond to texts - while I was waiting again at the entrance to her building (as we had agreed to at 6AM that morning). So I had to take the day off, cancel a bunch of meetings. Finally, Rover called and promised to return 50% of the fees that was already charged....thats all! They need to look at how to respond to irate customers like me. I will certainly not be using Rover anytime soon.
Definitely cal Caterina. She is wonderful with animals. She takes personal interest. We really liked the way she kept sending pictures throught the day.
