I try to not have outside pets into my home as I live at a private horse farm. That being said my personal animals (getting a new dog in April) will be crate trained, house-trained and be taken out for potty breaks but also both structured and sniffing adventures. Client pets, will follow all rules and responsibilities set out by the owners. I do this since I understand that everyone does something a certain way with their own animals and it might not be what works for my animals but it works for them.
