Pet care experience
My family rescued our dog Lucy from an abusive home, so we had to work with her for months to get her to trust us. This experience helped me gain the skills necessary to convince pets I’ve never met to trust me and feel comfortable around me. It also helped me appreciate the importance of patience and encouragement when interacting with pets who are unsure whether I am one of the good guys. I’m a big animal person in general, but dogs have a special place in my heart, and the opportunity to be paid to meet new dogs and give them all the love and attention they deserve is a dream come true for me. I’d be honored to hang out with your pet!

I highly recommend Cat as a pet-sitter! She is reliable, caring, and truly goes above and beyond! When I was out of town recently she took care of my cat, Tiger, and it was clear that she genuinely cared for his well-being while i was away. Cat arrived for all scheduled visits on time and kept me updated on how Tiger was doing. She also followed all my instructions for feeding, litter box cleaning, and playtime to a tee. Overall, Cat provided exceptional care for Tiger and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. I will be booking her again!

Whether coming over to spend time with him or when I’ve brought him over for play dates, she is so patient and loving with Grandpa (my sweet dog son) as if he were her own. I have a full house of fur babies at home, so I prefer to care for your pets at your home rather than bringing them to mine. I can, however, keep house trained dogs in my house for short-term stays, as my dogs have a sunroom with access to the backyard.

I’m currently a teacher, so I’m finished working at 2:30pm every day during the school year and my weekends are usually wide open! I will also have a very flexible schedule during the summer.
